Latham & Watkins Advise BofA Securities and Other Underwriters on KEXIM’s SEC-registered US$2.5 Billion Debt Offering

Latham & Watkins has advised BofA Securities and other underwriters on The Export-Import Bank of Korea’s (KEXIM) issuance of US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of notes due 2024, bearing interest at a rate of 4.0% per annum, US$1 billion aggregate principal amount of notes due 2027, bearing interest at a rate of 4.250% per annum, and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of notes due 2032, bearing interest at a rate of 4.500% per annum.
The Latham team was led by Seoul corporate partner Sukjoon (Richard) Lee, with Hong Kong corporate counsel Tingfei Fan and Wang Zhang.
