Codi, a San Francisco-based co-working company, has announced that they have raised US$16 million in a Series A financing led by Andreessen Horowitz.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Codi in the transaction with a deal team led by Bay Area partners Michael Podolny and Ben Potter, with associates Melinda Vanderburg and Madelyn Tarr. Advice was also provided on employee compensation and benefits matters by Bay Area partner Ashley Wagner.
