Latham Advises RapidDeploy in US$34 Million Growth Financing

Boston-based team represents emergency response platform in funding deal.
RapidDeploy, leading provider of mapping and analytics solutions in Public Safety, has announced US$34 million in new growth capital led by Edison Partners, with participation from existing financial and strategic investors GreatPoint Ventures, Morpheus Ventures, GM Ventures, Ericsson Ventures, Tao Capital Partners, Clearvision Ventures, Tau Ventures, NedBank CIB, and others. This new growth investment will enable RapidDeploy to continue innovating for the Public Safety sector.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented RapidDeploy in the transaction with a corporate team led by Boston partner Dan Hoffman, with associates Martha Anderson and Dan McCarthy. Advice was also provided on compensation and benefits matters by Boston partner Josh Friedman.
