Latham & Watkins Advises on Atlas Technical Consultants, Inc.’s Completed US$1.05 Billion Acquisition by GI Partners

Atlas Technical Consultants (Atlas), a leading provider of infrastructure and environmental solutions, announced on April 19, 2023 the completion of its acquisition by GI Partners, a private investment firm, in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately US$1.05 billion, including outstanding debt. The agreement to be acquired was previously announced on January 31, 2023 and approved by Atlas stockholders at Atlas' Special Meeting of Stockholders held on March 29, 2023.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the direct lenders in a financing to support the take-private transaction with a finance team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, Josh Holt, Paul Bonewitz, John Lister, and counsel Seung-Ju Paik, with associates Katherine Page, Juan Carlos Olivares, Diana Duan, and Julio Martinez Rivas.
