Latham Advises Octopus Ventures on Awell Health’s Seed+ Round

London team represents lead investor on fundraising of healthcare tech startup.

Latham & Watkins has advised Octopus Ventures as lead investor on the US$5 million Seed+ funding round of Awell Health, a healthcare technology company developing an advanced clinical workflow platform.

The round was led by Octopus Ventures with participation from S16 and angel investors.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Peacock and Irene Brandão.
