Latham Named Latin America Legal Advisor of the Year by IJInvestor

Latham & Watkins was named Latin America Legal Advisor of the Year at the IJInvestor Awards 2023, earning more recognitions than any other law firm for its work on finance and M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. The judging panel praised Latham’s Latin America Practice for “demonstrat[ing] value creation in complex transactions” for clients throughout the region. The annual awards also honor work in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
