Latham & Watkins Advises on US$2.344 Billion Unitranche Facility for MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC

MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC, a leading dental partnership organization (DPO), has closed a US$2.344 billion unitranche debt facility with credit vehicles and accounts managed by KKR, which acted as Lead Investor and Arranger on the transaction. The financing will be used to fund upcoming acquisitions and future growth for the company, following a record year of growth in 2023 with 150 new partnerships.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented KKR and the other credit providers in the financing with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Alfred Xue, Conray Tseng, and Peter Sluka, with associates Julia Albrecht, Kay Han Lee, and Catherine Willis. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Jocelyn Noll; and on regulatory matters by partner Betty Pang.
