Milan Partner Named Lawyer of the Year Pharma Finance

Milan partner Marcello Bragliani has earned recognition as Pharma Finance Lawyer of the Year at the 2024 LegalCommunity Finance Awards. He advises a variety of private equity sponsors, banks, private debt lenders, and public and private companies. The publication — which had awarded Bragliani in 2023 in the category Private Debt/Minibond — this year commended Bragliani’s “innovative approach” and congratulated his lead role in “one of the most innovative loans of the year with the use of a dematerialization structure.”
