Latham & Watkins Represents Goldman Sachs Hybrid Capital in Financing for Excelitas

Hybrid capital and tax team advises on the financing for the portfolio company of AEA Investors LP and a leading industrial technology platform.

Latham & Watkins represented the hybrid capital team within Goldman Sachs Private Credit in an investment in holdco PIK (payment-in-kind) notes in Excelitas, a portfolio company of AEA Investors LP and a leading industrial technology platform, to support a partial repayment of the existing senior credit facilities and support a senior credit facility re-pricing.

Partners Stelios Saffos and Peter Sluka, Global Chair and Vice Chair of Latham’s Hybrid Capital Practice, respectively, along with partner Andrew Blumenthal led the Latham team, with associates Sara Johnson and Katie Byun.
