Kandji, the Apple endpoint management and security platform, has announced it has raised US$100 million in funding from General Catalyst.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Kandji in the funding round with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Rick Kline and Chicago partner Jana Kovich, with associates Omar Ammash, Erica Kucharski, Gen Bates, and Mariah Levy. Advice was also provided on benefits matters by Bay Area partner Ashley Wagner.
