Latham & Watkins Advises Kandji in US$50 Million Series D Financing

Emerging Companies & Growth team represented the Apple endpoint management and security platform in the funding round.
Kandji, the Apple endpoint management and security platform, has announced it has raised US$50 million in Series D equity financing from General Catalyst. This latest round brings Kandji’s valuation to US$850 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Kandji in the funding round with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Rick Kline and Chicago partner Jana Kovich, with associates Omar Ammash, Erica Kucharski, Gen Bates, and Mariah Levy. Advice was also provided on benefits matters by Bay Area partner Ashley Wagner.
