Latham & Watkins Advises KKR in Acquisition of Marmic Fire & Safety

Multidisciplinary team represents the global investment firm in the purchase of the fire equipment inspection, testing, and maintenance services provider.

KKR, a leading global investment firm, announced that investment funds managed by KKR have acquired Marmic Fire & Safety, a leading provider of regulation-mandated fire equipment inspection, testing, and maintenance services, from HGGC. Financial terms were not disclosed.
