SK Capital Partners (SK Capital), a New York-based private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, ingredients, and life sciences sectors, announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the North America Composites & Fuel Containment Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH). The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
