Latham Advises on Financing for Audax Private Equity’s Acquisition of Avantor’s Clinical Services Business

Audax Private Equity has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Clinical Services business of Avantor, Inc. (NYSE: AVTR), a leading life science tools company and global provider of mission-critical products and services to the life sciences and advanced technology industries. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter and is subject to regulatory approvals.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private credit funds in a financing to support the acquisition with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Conray Tseng, and Peter Sluka, with associate Ana Nunez Cardenas.
