Latham & Watkins Advises Arrow Electronics, Inc., in US$500 Million Note Offering

Latham & Watkins represented Arrow Electronics, Inc., a global technology solutions company, in a public offering of US$500 million in five-year notes. The notes achieved a coupon of 5.150% and were rated Baa3 by Moody’s, BBB- by S&P Global, and BBB- by Fitch. Arrow used the proceeds from the offering to repay all of Arrow's 3.250% notes due September 2024 prior to maturity.
