Latham & Watkins Advises StandardAero in Acquisition of Aero Turbine From Gallant Capital

StandardAero has announced that it has acquired Aero Turbine Inc., a comprehensive provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services and consultative repair solutions for military engines and accessories from Gallant Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm. Founded in 1978, Aero Turbine Inc. is located at the Stockton Metropolitan Airport in Northern California.

Latham & Watkins advised StandardAero and Carlyle in the transaction, with a corporate deal team led by Washington, D.C. partner Cory Tull, with associates Brad Guest, Maddie Merkle, and Harrison Halberg.
