London team represents lead investor on funding round of quantum tech startup.
Latham & Watkins has advised the NATO Innovation Fund as lead investor on the €5 million seed round of Aquark Technologies, a UK quantum technology startup dedicated to advancing the forefront of cold matter quantum technology.
The round was led by the NATO Innovation Fund with additional investments from EIFO, UKI2S (managed by Future Planet Capital), and MBDA.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Si and Toni Adejuyigbe.
