Latham Advises on VTTI’s US$1.7 Billion Equivalent Refinancing

Latham & Watkins has advised the funders to VTTI on the successful completion of its US$1.7 billion equivalent bank and private placement platform refinancing. As part of the refinancing, VTTI obtained an investment-grade rating.
