Latham & Watkins has advised Vertex Bioenergy on its new sustainability-linked long-term financing of approximately €350 million.

The Latham team was led by London infrastructure partners Seonaid Todisco and Conrad Andersen, with associate Lothar Krumpen. Additional advice was provided by Madrid partner Fernando Colomina and counsel Luis Sánchez, with associates Lourdes Colom and Jaime Grau; and Paris counsel Etienne Gentil, with associate Natacha Adjoba Enoh. Advice on derivatives matters was provided by London counsel Delyth Hughes, with associates Nick Surry and Fadzai Ramwi; and on tax matters by London partner Aoife McCabe, with associate Isabella Wong; and Madrid counsel Blanca Vázquez de Castro, with associate Ana Serrano.
