Latham Advises Hexaware on US$1 Billion IPO

Asia team advises software firm on India’s largest-ever IT services IPO.

Latham & Watkins has advised Hexaware, a leading global IT services company, on its US$1 billion initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The transaction marks the largest-ever IT services IPO in India, and the first billion-dollar deal in India this year.

The Latham team was led by Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta and Hong Kong partner Dominik Sklenar, with Hong Kong associates Eunice Chan and Jay Watanatornpitak, and Singapore associate Esha Goel. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Chicago partner Enrique Rene de Vera.
