Latham Advises Igneo on Financing for B+T Group Acquisition
Latham & Watkins has advised Igneo Infrastructure Partners (Igneo), the direct infrastructure arm of First Sentier Investors, on the financing for the acquisition of a majority stake in B+T Group, a waste disposal and recovery business.
