Emerging Companies & Growth team represented the venture capital firm in its investment in the infrastructure platform for AI-driven media creation.
fal, the leading infrastructure platform for AI-driven media creation, announced it has raised US$49 million in Series B funding with participation from Notable Capital, Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Bessemer Venture Partners, Kindred Ventures, and First Round Capital. This brings fal’s total funding to US$72 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Bessemer Venture Partners in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Brian Patterson, with associates Eduard Grigoryan and Daphne Lambadariou.
