Latham & Watkins Advises Cerula Care in US$3.7 Million Seed Financing

Emerging Companies & Growth team represented the oncology behavioral health and care navigation company in the funding round.
Cerula Care, a new oncology behavioral health and care navigation company, announced that it has completed a US$3.7 million series seed financing. The round was led by Esplanade Ventures, with participation from Amplify Capital, BrightEdge (the innovation and impact investment arm of the American Cancer Society), DigiTx Partners, SpringTime Ventures, and Mike Pykosz (former CEO and co-founder of Oak Street Health).
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Cerula Care in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Alex Bernstein and Martin Taxay.
