Latham & Watkins Advises FTMO in Acquisition of OANDA Global Corporation

CVC Asia Fund IV, via its holding limited partnership, has announced that it has entered into an agreement for the sale of OANDA Global Corporation to FTMO group (FTMO). The terms of the transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, are not disclosed.
