• Americas Infrastructure Deal of the Year — Aguas Esperanza
  Latham advised on a US$1.5 billion financing for Aguas Esperanza, a joint venture between Almar Water Solutions and Transelec, backing a water conveyance project to support mining operations in northern Chile. The deal is notable for its size, innovative structure, sustainability, and successful inclusion of new capital sources.
• Americas LNG Deal of the Year — Cedar LNG
  The firm represented a partnership in the development of a floating LNG facility powered by renewable electricity, marking one of the world’s lowest emitting LNG projects.
• Middle East & Africa Deal of the Year — Hassyan
  Latham advised on the US$937 million financing for the world’s largest seawater reverse osmosis independent water project in Dubai. The project set records with the lowest water tariff and is the first Independent Water Project (IWP) in Dubai.
• Europe Telecoms Deal of the Year — XpFibre
  The firm advised XpFibre, the leading independent FTTH infrastructure operator in France, on a €5.8 billion debt refinancing. The financing will support the company’s broadband rollout across France.
