Latham & Watkins Represents Adaptive Insurance in US$5 Million Seed Financing

Emerging Companies & Growth team advised the insurance startup in the funding round.
Adaptive Insurance, an AI-powered climate insurance company, announced that it has completed a US$5 million series seed financing to launch its AI-powered climate resilience platform. The round was led by Congruent Ventures, with participation from Montauk Climate, Generation Space, and other private investors.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Adaptive Insurance in the transaction with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Evan Kirsch, Alex Bernstein, and Martin Lazzaro.
