Latham & Watkins Represents Four Corners Property Trust in US$940 Million Financing

A Los Angeles-based team advised the restaurant and retail properties real estate investment trust in the transaction.

Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT), a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the ownership and acquisition of high-quality, net-leased restaurant and retail properties, announced that the company entered into a fourth amended and restated revolving credit and term loan agreement with a group of existing lenders. The credit agreement increases the overall size of the facility from US$765 million to US$940 million by increasing the revolving credit facility capacity to US$350 million and entering into a new US$225 million term loan.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Four Corners Property Trust in the financing with a banking team led by Los Angeles partner Jason Bosworth, with associate Jeff Najjar. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Century City partner Pardis Zomorodi, with associates Brian Rogers and Joseph Marcus.
