Latham Advises on Bezeq Secondary Share Sale

Tel Aviv and London teams represent the bookrunners in the sale.
Latham & Watkins has advised Jefferies and Citi, acting as joint bookrunners for B Communications, on the secondary sale of 160,000,000 shares of Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd. for approximately US$250 million. Bezeq is Israel’s largest and leading telecommunications group, listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The Latham team was led by London partner Joshua Kiernan and Tel Aviv partner Gilad Zohari, with London associate Frederick Gardner, Tel Aviv associate Jamie Savren, and Milan capital markets lawyer Irene E. Pistotnik.
