Latham Advises on Nordiqus’ SEK8.7 Billion Refinancing

Latham & Watkins has advised the purchasers on the completion of a SEK8.7 billion refinancing through a private placement program for Nordiqus, a leading educational infrastructure provider in the Nordics. This marks Nordiqus’ second successful refinancing in six months. The company has borrowed a total of SEK17 billion in the capital market, with an average term of 13 years. The refinancing process is supported by a long-term investment-grade infrastructure rating for Nordiqus, enabling access to favorable capital market financing.
