Latham & Watkins advised on three transactions named Deals of the Year 2024 by India Business Law Journal. These accolades highlight the firm’s pivotal role advising on key capital markets and finance transactions across India. 

The winning deals Latham advised on include:

  • Hyundai Motor India - Latham advised Hyundai Motor India on its US$3.3 billion initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The transaction represented the largest IPO in India to date and the second largest IPO globally in 2024.
  • Swiggy - Latham advised as sole international counsel on Swiggy’s US$1.35 billion initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The transaction marked India’s second-largest IPO in 2024. 
  • Adani Total Gas Limited - Latham represented Adani Total Gas Limited on its US$375 million financing, representing the largest global financing in the CGD business.
