Latham was awarded Firm of the Year: California for the second year in a row, highlighting our team’s impressive litigation successes in California courts across multiple practice groups, including Antitrust & Competition, Complex Commercial Litigation, Copyright, Entertainment, Sports & Media, Environmental Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, Privacy & Cyber, Securities Litigation & Professional Liability, and White Collar Defense & Investigations, among others.

Michele Johnson, Global Chair of the firm’s unmatched Litigation & Trial Department, was named Securities Litigator of the Year for her exceptional successes for a wide variety of clients, including X Corp., NextGen Healthcare, Edwards Lifesciences, Beyond Meat, Apple, and many others.

Additionally, Sean Berkowitz, a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and recent former Global Chair of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice, was selected as a finalist for White Collar Crime/Investigations Litigator of the Year.
