Latham & Watkins has advised Graphite, a New York-based AI-powered code review platform provider, on a US$52 million Series B funding round. The round was led by Accel, with participation from Menlo Ventures via its Anthology Fund with Anthropic, Shopify Ventures, and Figma Ventures, as well as returning investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and The General Partnership.
The Emerging Companies & Growth team was led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Eduard Grigoryan, Daphne Lambadariou, and Martin Lazzaro.
