Latham & Watkins Advised Hotshot in Acquisition by xAI
xAI, a company working on building artificial intelligence to accelerate human scientific discovery, has announced it has acquired Hotshot, a startup that develops artificial intelligence models optimized for video generation tasks.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Hotshot in the transaction with a corporate team led by New York partner Peyton Worley, with associates Eduard Grigoryan, Saem Kim, and Adam Zhang.
