Latham & Watkins Advises 5E Advanced Materials on Funding Package and Recapitalization Transaction
5E Advanced Materials, Inc. (Nasdaq: FEAM) (ASX: 5EA) (the Company), a boron and lithium company with US government Critical Infrastructure designation for its 5E Boron Americas Complex, has completed a comprehensive recapitalization transaction and equity investment with the holders of its senior secured convertible notes, Ascend Global Investment Fund SPC, for and on behalf of Strategic SP, Bluescape Special Situations IV LLC, and Meridian Investments Corporation. The transactions were undertaken as part of a previously announced Restructuring Support Agreement.
