Latham & Watkins Advises AMD in US$1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering

AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) has announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of US$1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of US$875 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.212% senior notes due 2026 and US$625 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.319% senior notes due 2028.
