Latham & Watkins Advises Fleetio in Acquisition of Auto Integrate and US$450 Million Financing Round
Fleetio, the leading fleet optimization software platform, announced the acquisition of Auto Integrate, the premier maintenance authorization platform, in a landmark deal establishing Fleetio as the category-defining solution for fleet maintenance. The company simultaneously announced the successful completion of over US$450 million to finance the acquisition, valuing the combined business at over US$1.5 billion. The round was co-led by existing investor Elephant and new investor Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives.
