Latham & Watkins Advises on Essential Properties Realty Trust’s Upsized Public Offering of Common Stock

Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: EPRT) has announced the pricing of an upsized underwritten public offering of 8,200,000 shares of its common stock. The aggregate gross proceeds to the company from the offering, before deducting estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately US$254.2 million. The offering is expected to close on March 20, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
