Braze (Nasdaq: BRZE), a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire OfferFit, an AI decisioning company, for US$325 million, subject to standard closing adjustments.
