Latham Advises on Private Credit Financing for Stronvar Aerospace’s Acquisition of Electro Methods Inc. From Blackstone

Stronvar Aerospace, a newly formed company with strategic plans to build a high-performing group serving the aero-engine supply chain, has announced its acquisition of Electro Methods Inc. from privately held owners. Stronvar Aerospace will be supported with an investment from Blackstone’s private equity strategy for individual investors.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private credit funds in a financing to support the transaction with a team led by partners Paul Bonewitz, Dan Seale, Brandon Anderson, and Brianna Oller and counsel Katherine Stork, with associates Dan Ovadia, Beste Bozkurt, and William Council. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Bora Bozkurt, with associates Katherine Harrington and Sam Yang.
