Latham & Watkins has been recognized as a finalist across eight categories in this year’s Managing IP Americas Awards, which honor “remarkable IP achievements and developments over the past year.” Managing IP selects honorees based on information gathered from thousands of firms, IP practitioners, and clients through interviews, emails, and surveys, as well as publicly available information, with a focus on significant cases from the previous year.
