Latham & Watkins Advises GSR III Acquisition Corp. in Business Combination With Terra Innovatum Srl

GSR III Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded SPAC (Nasdaq: GSRT), has announced its planned business combination with Terra Innovatum Srl, a developer of micro-modular nuclear reactors. The consummation of the transaction will result in Terra Innovatum Srl becoming a publicly listed company on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “NKLR.” The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
