Intuit Inc. (Nasdaq: INTU), the global financial technology platform that makes Intuit TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, announced it has signed an agreement to acquire GoCo, a leading provider of modern HR and benefits solutions for small and mid-market businesses. With GoCo, Intuit will deliver a comprehensive Human Capital Management solution to help businesses hire the right employees and manage their workforce effectively, all in one place.
