Latham & Watkins Advises LLR Partners in US$2.45 Billion Fund Formation
LLR Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm, announced the final closing of LLR Equity Partners VII, L.P. (together with its affiliated investment funds, LLR 7) at US$2.45 billion. Included in LLR 7’s capital is meaningful participation by LLR’s Partners and employees.
