Latham & Watkins Advises LLR Partners in US$2.45 Billion Fund Formation

LLR Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm, announced the final closing of LLR Equity Partners VII, L.P. (together with its affiliated investment funds, LLR 7) at US$2.45 billion. Included in LLR 7’s capital is meaningful participation by LLR’s Partners and employees.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented LLR Partners in the fund formation with an investment funds team led by Washington, D.C. partner Barton Clark, with associates Ali Beidoun, Michael Arnold, Sandile Magagula, Lucas Baker, and Giordano Silvaggi.
