Latham & Watkins Advises Menzies Aviation in US$305 Million Acquisition of G2

Multidisciplinary team represents the aviation service provider in its purchase of the US-based airline service company.

Menzies Aviation, an Agility Global company and the leading service partner to the world’s airports and airlines, announced that it has signed a US$305 million agreement to acquire US-based G2, an aviation service partner of choice for major airlines across the United States. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in June 2025.
