Latham & Watkins Assists Desktop Metal, Inc. With CFIUS Clearance Process
Desktop Metal (NYSE: DM), a pioneering 3D printing company, was represented by Latham & Watkins before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) in connection with its acquisition by Nano Dimension Ltd. The transaction closed on April 2, 2025, following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Desktop Metal in the transaction and advised the company on the CFIUS clearance process.
