Latham & Watkins Assists Mawarid Holding Company in Securing CFIUS Clearance

Mawarid Holding Company (Mawarid), a prominent Saudi corporation with an established presence in information and communication technology, satellite, and digital solutions, received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) in connection with Mawarid’s Series C investment in Sceye, a leading US aerospace company specializing in High-Altitude Platform Systems (HAPS). CFIUS concluded that there were no unresolved national security issues with respect to the transaction.
