Jennifer Archie, Tony Kim, and Serrin Turner once again recognized by Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 50 for 2025.

Washington, D.C. partners Jennifer Archie and Tony Kim and New York partner Serrin Turner have once again been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response 50 list for 2025. This annual list recognizes the 50 best Incident Response legal and compliance professionals worldwide.

All three partners have previously been named to the list, marking the eighth consecutive recognition for Archie, the fifth consecutive recognition for Turner, and Kim has been on the list every year since its inception in 2016. According to the publication, the list honors attorneys and compliance professionals “who not only have the right stuff to manage a data breach response, but are also the kind of professionals critical to have on speed-dial when the inevitable data breach occurs.”

Archie, Kim, and Turner, members of Latham’s Connectivity, Privacy & Information Practice, handle regulatory investigations, respond to data breaches and other privacy crises, advise on complex corporate transactions, and counsel clients on mitigating the increasing risks associated with digital transformation and other data-driven business strategies. With their extensive experience navigating the complex landscape of US, EU, and global laws affecting the collection, use, protection, and transfer of consumer and other sensitive data, the team acts quickly to apply cumulative learnings from dozens of similar incidents to defend against consumer class actions and other lawsuits, advise clients on implementation measures to minimize the risk of subsequent legal action, and handle follow-on investigations or proceedings.
