Latham & Watkins Advised Activant Capital in Connection with Gr4vy’s US1.1 Million Series Seed Financing

California-based Gr4vy, Inc., a cloud payment orchestration platform, has announced its series seed funding round of US$1.1 million which was led by Activant Capital and Global Founders Capital with participation from Plug and Play Ventures.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Activant Capital in connection with the financing with a New York-based corporate team led by partners Stelios Saffos and Jane Greyf, with associate Teddy Ellison.
