Latham & Watkins Advises Canapi Ventures and TTV Capital in Greenlight’s US$215 Million Series C Funding

A Chicago-based team advised the lead investors on the financing round raising the fintech company’s valuation to US$1.2 billion.

Greenlight® Financial Technology, Inc. ("Greenlight"), the fintech company on a mission to help parents raise financially-smart kids, has announced a valuation above US$1.2 billion after raising US$215 million in Series C funding. The series was led by Canapi Ventures and TTV Capital with participation from new investors BOND, DST Global, Goodwater Capital and Fin VC along with Greenlight's first institutional investor Relay Ventures.

Latham & Watkins represents Canapi Ventures and TTV Capital in the funding round with a team led by Chicago partner Laurie Bauer, with Chicago associates Grant Page and Jana Kovich.
