Bay Area Partner Named Among California’s Top Antitrust Lawyers
The Daily Journal, California’s legal newspaper of record, has named Global Vice Chair of the Antitrust & Competition Practice, Belinda Lee, to their list of Top Antitrust Lawyers for 2024, celebrating California-based lawyers who are making a notable impact in antitrust and competition law. This is Belinda’s second time receiving this honor, having previously been named to the list in 2021.
In her profile, Belinda highlighted several important cases she worked on this past year. These include her success for client AvalonBay in two high-profile disputes at the intersection of AI and antitrust law and resolving a decade-long price-fixing case for StarKist involving major tuna suppliers. She noted that these cases are among the most significant of her career, not only for their positive outcomes but also for their role in shaping the future of antitrust law.
Belinda was also selected for her deep dedication to mentoring the next generation of young legal talent and her longstanding support of her local community. Among other roles at the firm, she has twice served as Global Chair of Latham’s Training and Career Enhancement Committee, where she pioneered several new professional development programs, including the Women’s Leadership Academies and the Diversity Leadership Roundtable.
